Performance Bonus (Monthly) 1)  Team performance bonus:       Every month, the Company will reward the best distribution center which produces the highest turnover among all other distribution centers within the Company.  A once-off R2000 will be paid to the owner of the winning distribution center.  To qualify, the best winning distribution center must have generated a minimum sales of 15 cartons (=900 boxes) in the month.  Please note that only 50% of the personal sales of the owner of the winning Distribution Center will count for the quantity.

2)  Personal performance bonus:  Any member who purchases 3 cartons (=180 boxes) or more in one month will qualify for a once-off bonus of R300.00 for that month. 3)  Consistency performance bonus:     Any member who has earned the “personal performance bonus” for consecutive 3 months will qualify for this bonus.  A once-off bonus of R300.00 will be paid to the qualified member.

Travel & Holiday Incentive     Any member who can produce an accumulated sales of 80 cartons (that is 4800 boxes) within any one of the two 6-month periods, that is from 1st January to 30th June or from 1st July to 31st December, will qualify for a free local mid-week holiday with pocket money of R1000.00 to spend.                                                              Special privileges for a Gold Member or Diamond Member status     A Gold Member or Diamond Member will always purchase the stock at the lowest price (currently R20.00 per box), provided that the order will not be less than 20 boxes.
